For the last couple of years, Latinsko idro consisted of a large number of side events called Dani latinskog idra which all led to the traditional regata. The weather was very bad during the ten days of the festival, which seriously affected the events. Just a few hours during the regata there were hints of nice weather throughout Croatia. Rain was pouring everywhere except around Murter.
